Rupert Irby
Born and raised in London, Rupert Irby has considerable financial and legal experience. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Rupert has worked at Merrill Lynch, London and Hichens Harrison, the City’s oldest stockbroker.
Rupert first visited Naples in 2010 and was immediately captivated by the town’s pristine beauty and unsurpassed quality of life. He identified Naples as the future of luxury living and is a strong proponent of the city’s immense international appeal.
Rupert draws on his advantageous skillset to identify market trends and investment opportunities, as well as provide strong guidance through the closing process. His commercial acumen, analytical mind and well-honed negotiation skills ensure that he is providing his clients with an exceptional, sophisticated service.
Karen Irby
Karen Irby returned to Naples in 2015 after a seven-year sojourn in London. While in the U.K., Karen was awarded a PhD in Eighteenth-Century Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London and gained considerable experience in the auction world. She started her career at Sotheby’s before being appointed to Christie’s King Street, where she was fortunate to have worked in a number of specialist departments including Rare Books and Old Master Pictures. Most recently, Karen was an integral member of the prestigious auction house’s Estates, Appraisals and Valuations department, where she helped coordinate multi-departmental valuations and guide clients through the consignment and sales process.
Although her pursuits have taken her abroad, Karen maintained her love for Naples, her hometown. She was raised in the Moorings, valedictorian of her class, and is well-versed in the nuances of some of the city’s most beloved neighborhoods. As a Realtor, Karen is able to combine her extensive education and passion for art with her deep-seated knowledge of Naples, providing her real estate clients with unparalleled expertise.
